I’ve had the pleasure of working with Irene on two occasions, and both times have found her to be extremely thorough, responsive, and knowledgeable. I inquired about refinancing my mortgage loan on both occasions, and Irene held my hand every step of the way. She gathered the information she needed to provide me with the best possible options for my situation, and ultimately it was NOT in my best interest to refinance either time, and she told me!
