I am a licensed psychologist in private practice in downtown Seattle specializing in adult individual therapy, couples counseling, adolescent therapy, family therapy, marriage counseling and group therapy.

I work with a wide variety of issues and concerns including depression; anxiety; bi-polar; addictions; medical issues such as cancer and chronic diseases; grief and loss; stress management; difficulties in marriage and at work; relationships with family members; adolescent developmental issues; adult son-father issues; men's issues; and gay issues to name some but not all.

Clients who are interested in exploring and clarifying thoughts and feelings, strengthening one's sense of self and building effective relationships with others.
