What J does
Presently, I am starting a new, revolutionary company that will shift power from big energy interests, to the people. Bootstrapping it , unless someone rolls up with an angelic offer.
What J does best
According to StrengthsFinder, I am best in the following roles: 1. Learner, 2. Input, , 3. Achiever, 4. Ideation, 5. Activator
The process of learning and continuous improvement, regardless of outcome, excites me. I like to collect and archive all kinds of information. I get loads of satisfaction from being busy and productive. I am fascinated by ideas and can find connections between seemingly disparate phenomena. I am talented with flipping thoughts into actions, and often get impatient.
What does J need?
I need an extremely talented (not necessarily experienced) technical minded individual who can materialize code (java on mysql) from thoroughly defined business requirements. This person, will be in an excellent position for senior management when the company grows exponentially.
