In dynamic experiential workshops and seminars for business and corporate groups, for healthcare and service organizations, I present Spontaneous Solutions programs to foster collaborative creative workplaces where people are productive while maintaining inner balance and joy in every area of their lives.

I am equally at home training groups and doing individual work for personal or professional issues. I also work with couples, children, and families.

For 40 years I have studied Eastern meditation, philosophy and psychology with masters such as Shunryo Suzuki Roshi and Chogyam Trungpa Rinpoche. Before beginning my teaching and counseling career, I worked for 20 years in sales, marketing and financial planning. My varied background enables me to help a diverse clientele personally and professionally. Certified as a hypnotherapist and NLP practitioner.

   I have had a private counselling and coaching practice, and have also offered training programs in Transpersonal Hypnotherapy/NLP to an international student body since 1988.    
   I am the author of the acclaimed book, <i>Finding True Magic: Transpersonal Hypnosis and Hypnotherapy/NLP</i>, used by students, clinicians, and teachers internationally as a holistic approach to Mind/Body healing. 
   <i>Finding True Magic</i> weaves together new and unique perspectives on depth hypnosis, regression therapy, past life therapy, inner child healing, subpersonality dialogue and integration, archetypal transformation, NLP, Ericksonian hypnosis, meditation and prayer techniques, 'de-hypnosis', and more. It is a genuinely new presentation expanding the art and discipline of hypnotherapy, making personal transformation and rapid healing possible -- mentally, emotionally, physically, and spiritually.
