I help my clients achieve their real estate and financing goals! As a real estate agent and loan officer, I help my clients with a variety of services, a short list of which would include:

No matter what my clients real estate goals are, it is my mission to do what I can to make them into reality. Sometimes that means immediate action to get a home on the market and sold to avoid foreclosure, and other times it means planning for what needs to be done to make purchasing a home possible a year or two down the road.

Working in both the Real Estate and Mortgage business gives me the insight into transactions that many other agents don't have, and allows me to be more involved in my client's real estate transactions, making sure they are progressing they way that they need to.

I am a very strong negotiator and business woman.  Making sure that my clients get the best price on a property is very important to me.   I take the real estate business very seriously and strive to make every transaction as smooth and trouble free as possible.

New clients are always welcome of course!  In addition I am always on the lookout for investors with private money to lend, or properties to purchase.

I am a licensed Real Estate agent and have also achieved the Accredited Buyers Representation designation. Currently I am working on getting my Brokers designation as well as Commercial Property designation. In addition to the afore mentioned, I am a licensed loan officer for the state of Washington.

I started selling real estate and working in the mortgage industry shorty after my husband and I moved to the Seattle area in 2001. Since then I have helped scores of clients purchase and sell homes, as well as finance and refinance them.

Prior to jumping into real estate, I worked in the restaurant business doing everything from waiting tables to managing steak houses. I even owned my own Espresso stand while I was in college!

What this brings to the table for me, is the ability to listen to what people need, and formulate a plan to make it happen.
