I SELL HOUSES all over King County, and to some lesser extent, Snohomish. My referral business takes me everywhere these days. I've had over 16 years experience since 1979, I've listed and sold hundreds of homes over the years.

STAGING: I differentiate my self from other realtors with the staging I provide as a service to the seller. My experience in this area is rooted in my fine arts and design background; I am creative in my ability to present a property in its best light. It is not uncommon for my listings to sell at asking price or above. I am totally committed to getting the highest price for a seller; it's one of my personal challenges. I LIKE TO HAVE FUN WITH MY CLIENTS, though I am serious as a judge when it comes to taking good care of their business. I respect boundaries and listen. I intend to have clients as a lifetime relationship, not a quick buck transaction. The true beauty in this business isn't the house, it's the people. MY EXPERIENCE as a professional mediator and degree in education helps me in business communication. I have experience in the building and design industry, so I can help my sellers and buyers "see" things about a property they might otherwise miss.

I appreciate working with first time home buyers; there have been many over ther years! The excitement of a first home; an investment in the future...I love it. And, to be frank, I want to be sure you're happy with your purchase...my business depends on your referrals to friends and family. That only happens if you feel well served.

And, I love selling homes for the highest price humanly possible; that's were the staging comes in. I include that service at no additonal cost. I can make a great deal of difference in the presentation of your home..and that will makes a great deal of difference in the return on your real estate investment.

I graduated from WWU with the intention of being an art teacher; I still love the education part of this business. Helping people get an accurate picture of what to expect when buying or selling a home makes me happy! Everyone is different, yet we all have the same concerns. Investing in real estate is a big commitment of time, money and energy; it's a good idea to have experienced guidance!

I AM LOOKING FOR good service providers of all kinds. I have the opportunity to refer housing (and other) services regularly.

OF COURSE I would like people to call me who are thinking about buying or sellling. I think it's important to understand that I often get to know people long before they are ready to invest in real estate, I'm not in it for the quick buck. I value my clients and stay in touch with them over the years.

AND, I WOULD LOVE TO TALK TO PEOPLE who have started programs directed towards MAKING A DIFFERENCE in peoples lives. I have been interested in (what I consider) the failing foster care system for some time now. I have some past experience in the field of adoption; placing children with waiting parents.

SOMETIMES PEOPLE FEEL like they can't talk to me because they aren't ready to buy right away, that's simply not a consideration. I'm happy to answer your questions or help direct you if I don't know the answer.
