I plan and design events for personal or professional events. They can range from the perfect proposal, engagement parties, weddings, reunions, retirement parties and other life events such as birthdays, anniversaries and graduations.

I can help businesses by working with them to tailor an event to increase clientele or hold a client appreciation event. For businesses I can arrange events varying from grand openings, product launches, seminars, conferences, symposiums, etc. I especially like to help small businesses in South King County.

I gladly accept the opportunity to help clients create a memorial celebration of their loved-one's life and legacy. I am always honored to be of help to my clients.

I am the organizer of a Meetup group called South King County Event and Wedding Vendors.

I need to connect with busy people who are planning a wedding or other major event in their personal or professional lives. I can save them time, money and stress because of my research and working relationships with vendors and venues. I can also prevent some potentially costly mistakes from being made based on a client's honest assumptions and good intentions, but nonetheless would not become a reality they had hoped for.

Life! I have always had jobs requiring organization and attention to detail. I was always "the one", whether it be from friends or family, elected to plan celebrations. I majored in elementary education, got to my junior year and ran out of money! I've spent most of my working years at universities because I loved being in an environment where knowledge is the product. I refer to it as learning through osmosis! I continued to take various classes while I was working including accounting, legal writing and legal research. Education is a life-long event and a gift that we should give to ourselves everyday inside or outside the classroom!

For many years I found myself planning and decorating for weddings, reunions, housewarmings, birthday parties, silly suppers, anniversaries, Red Hat Society events, teas, as well as personalizing memorials,etc. When I was asked if this is what I did for a living, it dawned on me...THIS IS IT! My husband surprised me and became qualified to officiate at non-denominational wedding ceremonies. So really, it's a team effort!
