What Janna does
I hand-craft naturally flavored artisan sea salts to accentuate food and classic cocktails with an executive chef in Seattle. Our salts are made of premium Fleur de Sel from the Ile de Re, off the western coastline of France. Current infusions include: Apple 5-Spice, Chorizo, Cherry Pistachio, Vanilla, Soy, Bloody Mary, Pineapple Cumin Chili, Cocount Garam Masala, Lavender Rosemary, Nicoise Olive, and Orange Almond Cardamom. Our salts are 100 percent natural and free of anti-caking agents, preservatives, and chemicals.
They are best used as 'finishing' salts---in that they should be added to food after cooking. Though they work just as wonderfully on cocktails and smoothies too.
