As the previous Managing Director of Morgan Stanley's New York City Strategic and Leverage Finance operations, Jason Colodne was responsible for closing over 25 transactions in total excess of USD $10 billion. In January 2009, Jason Colodne formed Colbeck Capital Management, LLC and serves as both managing partner and portfolio manager. Colbeck Capital Management, LLC is poised to invest in and capitalize on opportunities in the distressed credit market by using the Colbeck Credit Opportunities fund.
