As the previous Managing Director of Morgan Stanley's New York City Strategic and Leverage Finance operations, Jason Colodne was responsible for closing over 25 transactions in total excess of USD $10 billion. His position was the result of over a decade in the finance and investment worlds, working his way through other notable entities such as Goldman, Sachs & Co.; UBS Securities LLC; and Bear, Stearns & Co. Inc. Mr. Colodne developed business for all of these firms, managing portfolios and developing networks that integrated sound business principles into existing corporate acquisition frameworks.

In January 2009, Jason Colodne formed Colbeck Capital Management, LLC and serves as both managing partner and portfolio manager. Colbeck Capital Management, LLC is poised to invest in and capitalize on opportunities in the distressed credit market by using the Colbeck Credit Opportunities fund.

A graduate of the University of Pennsylvania, Jason Colodne received his undergraduate degree in History, studying in the College of Arts and Sciences, as well as the Wharton School.
