I am a C.H.E.K Practitioner who owns and operates the Eastside training studio known as Heroics. I offer one-on-one and small group personal training in efficient 40 minute sessions. As a precursor to developing an exercise program, I determine the body's state of musculoskeletal balance, neuromuscular coordination, and abdominal strength and function. Also, I evaluate the client's nutrition and lifestyle behavioral patterns in order to ensure the proper exercises as well as intensity levels are selected.
