Private dinner parties and celebrations. No matter how casual or elegant your event, Chef Jay will prepare a menu, arrive at your home or venue with everything he needs to prepare a meal or party spread for you & your guests. Service includes custom menu planning, service items, wine recommendations upon request, arrival to prepare and present the meal or buffet, and clean up.

I am looking to find a consistent stream of in-home dinner clients. That could also include in-home cooking instruction as well as cocktail & dinner parties.

I am looking for a commercial venue with a kitchen that would allow me to teach cooking classes to small groups in a demonstration-type setting.

I am looking to form business connections with people in the hospitality industry. I am also looking to find some professional marketing help to spread the word about my business & services. My wife is a graphic designer, so I don't need any design or website assistance, but am more looking for marketing & PR solutions and ideas to promote my business.
