Chef Jay DeLong will demonstrate the preparation of basic chicken stock, as well as soup "do's and don'ts" at the J.F. Henry store in West Seattle. Menu includes NW Wild Mushroom Soup, and Traditional French Onion Soup. $65 per person includes recipe sheets, demonstration, 2 drinks, and tastings of each course. Space is limited, register today!
