Fitness for Professionals
I am a busy professional that travels the world. In the next few weeks, I'm heading towards the UK, but spend most of my time commuting between Ohio and San Francisco.
The one thing that seems to drop off my daily routine is exercise and as such am developing a program called "lifestyle fitness". This program basically consists of 15 minutes of calisthenics in the morning (for me about 5:30), 15 minutes before bed and walking or riding my bike to and from work.
For the fitness professionals on here, have you had any success or can give pointers in tthis type of programs?
