I do home/office personal fitness training. I come to your home or office and take you through a customized training routine. Not everyone has the time or the interest in going to the gym so i eliminate the need to go anywhere. The great thing is most people need little or no equipment in order to have an effective program and when i come to train you i will bring the necessary equipment.

I have used a personal trainer before but they didn't pay attention to all the little details like Jeff does. He comes to my house each week and all he asks of me is one more work out each week.
