I write music for films, television, advertising, and videogames. I write in many styles, including rock, classical, jazz, electronic, and ethnic.

I create music with emotion, first and foremost. Emotion is what draws you in to a piece of music, what sells the product, or the scene, or the story.

I attended Oberlin College in Ohio, and graduated with a Bachelor of Arts degree. I majored in Studio Art and minored in History. I've been studying music all my life (flute, saxophone, tuba, trombone, electric bass, guitar and piano). Most recently I studied film scoring with Hummie Mann at the Pacific Northwest Film Scoring Program.
