For more than four years, Jeff has lead the creation and development of BMC Group's Virtual Data Room service line and technology initiatives. During his tenure, BMC Group has become expert in developing service lines that use technology and services to enable corporate compliance for complex transactions.

Prior to joining BMC Group, Jeff worked for Move Inc. as a Director of Operations Planning and M&A Transactions. Previous to employment at BMC Group Inc. and Move Inc., Jeff held various positions as an auditor and was a Manager of Assurance and Business Advisory Services for PricewaterhouseCoopers.

Jeff Kalina holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration and Accounting from the University of Illinois at Chicago. [less]
