I graduated from Babson College with a bachelor's degree in Business Administration. I am certified by the Center for Leadership Studies, Edge Learning, Franklin Covey and Achieve Global in various leadership, coaching, and time management programs.

I worked for Starbucks Coffee Company for 10 years in Operations as well as HR which allows me to see both sides of an issue.

I have 6 years of corporate training/coaching experience.

I have worked with individuals to help them organize their work/home space and manage their time better. I have also worked with corporate clients in developing long term strategies for growth.

Currently my client base is composed of individuals all over the United States as well as a couple of small businesses.
