First Business Expo - Help!

Hi Everyone, I will be participating in my first Business Expo next month and I'm very excited. Now I need to figure out what I need to have at the table.

I'm a personal coach and small business consultant so currently I have been using my website as my primary marketing tool. The only printed items I have are my business cards and workshop schedules? What else would you recommend I provide at my booth? Is it a good idea to offer a raffle or something? Any help/suggestions would be great. Thanks!

How do I use my site to generate an email list?

I am getting relatively steady views to my website, but visitors are not joining my email list. I want to create a more opt in email list rather than always sending messages to my personal network. I've put links on various pages, added a link to my email signature. What other ideas do you have?

Needed: Best practices for getting referrals from online networking sites.

I am a life coach helping people and small business owners get organized so they can achieve their goals. I work with clients around the country.

I want to use sites like Biznik to generate referrals. So far I've signed up for Linked In and put a business page up on Facebook.

Although I am active on the sites, I have not been able to generate any referrals yet. What best practices can you offer?
