So just like a computer, removing a program from the screen doesn't actually remove the program. If we truly want to remove a program, we must work with the hard drive. Your body works the same way! In order to remove that which no longer serves you, the removal or change must be done to your energy field in order to truly change your body and your life. That's pretty amazing!
