No Strings Attached Promotion Details:

• ALL Custom bags with an original purchase date between 9/1/08 - 9/30/08 may be returned for merchandise credit

• All returns must be unused and in saleable condition to be eligible for store credit

• Promotion applies to all custom orders at any channel

• Customers may return their bag in person by visiting a store or thru the mail by sending it back to LILL headquarters -Return packages sent to HQ must be post-marked by November 9th

• Store credit will equal the original price paid for the bag plus tax paid and will be issued in the form of an e-gift certificate.

• Any original shipping fees will not be returned.
