Through my health and wellness coaching I help inactive people become active so that they can enjoy life more AND enjoy more life. Using the tools of both a certified Personal Trainer and Wellness Coach I am able to help individuals find their inner athlete then invite that athlete to come out to play in a safe welcoming environment. I work with clients both in person at my private personal training studio in Bellevue Wa. that is fully equipped with state of the art fitness equipment and through virtual personal training or what I call eTraining.
