"Lavish love on others, receive it gratefully when it comes to you. Cultivate friendship like a garden. It is the best love of all." ~ Sister Helen Prejean
Thanks you all. I love hearing your skillful feedback and feel moved to learn how willing to integrate what works as well as bump up the insights!
I love the book you mentioned Kristy and those tips are outstanding. You might want to join me in attending a Voice Dialogue weekend for women retreat on talking to the parts of ourselves that shut down or disown each other. It's run by one of our beloved Bizniks and co-founders of the Voice Dialogue Institute right here in Seattle. Their names are Miriam Dyak and Cassandra Cosme De Pree and the website is: The Voice Dialogue Institute.
Best of luck all!
Can't wait to share all I'm learning from working with my book-publishing clients.
This month's topic? I'll be speaking on 10 Ways to Give Birth To Your First Book!
For those of you who would like to learn about becoming a book publishing coach, don't miss this event. Patrick and I can tell you how to become a publishing "midwife" to those in the process of giving birth to their own books.
See you all in about three weeks!
Dfn of "Birth": "the act or process of bearing or bringing forth."
P.S. If you want to, ask me questions that you'd like to see explored at this workshop via my AuthorizeU.com website.
Maybe I'll ride my bike! I'm happy to donate my book, Polishing the Mirror: Vocational Clarity in 90 days available as a download from my website!
See you soon!
Howard & Y'all, if you need a workbook, please consider ordering my book Getting Into Print: Become A Visible Expert through Publishing.
Best,
Jennifer www.AuthorizeU.com
Thanks for your kind words, Jay! So grateful to see how many Bizniks are going to show up Thursday, RAIN or shine!
See y'all then,
Any tips I should know about hooking up/in to this Webinar? A number to call, a link to click?
Thanks!
I'm so excited, Beth. Thanks for the personal invite. I love Voice Dialogue and am being certified as a facilitator in its methods next month. I need more practice and would love to learn from you via this webinar. Plus, I want to know how to set up a webinar for my own offerings as an author and book publishing coach.
Until Wednesday!
p.s. I'll be going to a Voice Dialogue Two-Day Workshop next weekend called Deepening Our Connections and would love some company.
Fremont Library will be perfectly quiet and they have rooms downstairs for those who want to talk in groups.
Shall I reserve it for us?

Best,

Fremont Coffee is a great place to meet. Big tables, low-to-no music, free wireless. Quiet. Serene. Good baked goods and espresso drinks, etc. It's located here: Fremont Coffee
I'm so impressed with this offering and am learning a ton from you about how to not only support would-be authors to take their ideas into print, but to take my own books out there more boldly.
You're a pro! I want to see the FOX interview you did on your book. Can you post the video link here?
Thanks for coordinating this event, Lori! It should be fun!
Blessings!
Howard and others, please forgive my late notice. I will be unable to speak at this event due to having a death in my family. I've had to make a mad dash to Southern California in order to attend the services and will not be home until Saturday.
So sad to miss this event and hope you'll allow me to be a speaker at another Author-Roundtable event soon.
Best to all.
Wow, thank you so much both Houston and Merilee. Your "take" on this article is such a pleasant surprise. I'm so glad to know that what supports both my clients and myself can also support you and your work with others.
Best
Thanks Brenda. So glad to hear your comments and the ways you're supported by meditation.
You might like my book, Loving Life As It Is available on my website: www.AuthorizeU.com
Thanks Bill, Julie and Kevin. I couldn't resist writing about keeping our eyes on the prize -- creating a great and meaningful life -- especially on Labor Day.
We need each other to thrive and Biznik is such a great place to find and support each other.
Thanks so much for your encouraging words.
I'm so psyched for this event. I moved heaven and earth to free up my schedule because last time I met with you people I was inspired to get into action for days!
Don't miss this!
Jennifer
P.S. The coaches who have workbooks for their clients (that they've authored) tend to be unrelentingly successful! Just a thought. ")
Thanks Peter, Dave and Susan.
So sorry not to respond earlier. For some reason, I didn't get a "heads up" for responses to this article.
Anyway, I'm so happy to see your comments and to learn that you (or someone you care about) could be helped by tracking their thoughts and feelings and embracing rather than resisting them.
Best to you. Hope to see you at another event. Join me at my own Walk & Talk events that happen every Wednesday at 8:30am at St. James Tower in Fremont.
Wonderful, Rags. I'll be the woman who kind of looks like this picture -- only significantly more comfortable.
Thanks Mark. I'm glad to hear of your interests in these traditions as well.
Hey, come to my next event if you can, it's a walk & talk that happens next Wednesday at 8:30am in Fremont.
Congrats on your move! Enjoy your new creative community!
I can't wait to get to know my peers in the area. I've just moved here (from the East Coast) and am in search of a MasterMind group that fits my needs as a new entrepreneur. I'm a former professor of psychology and philosophy and am now an ontologically-trained coach with Accomplishment Coaching.
Please check out my site, AuthorizeU.com and I'll check out yours, too!
Until then
Can't wait to meet you all. See you at 8:30am sharp at 920 N 34th Street, Fremont, WA 98103 (under the red awning of St. James Tower Apartments). Rain or Shine, K? I have a great rain slicker...most of us do, right?
Amy, my hope is that we'll really get to get a glass of water together afterwards. So sorry to have lost track of you~>
Betsy, let's definitely join forces for future walks.
Kate, any Saturday you can make, I'll be sure to join you.
The rest of you lurkers please get up early enough on Wednesday to join us!
I can't wait to meet you all! I know you're thinking about signing up. It's never too late!
