Jennifer went out of her way to fit me in for a haircut on a busy Saturday. She listened to what I wanted and followed through beautifully. This was an exceptional experience for me. A great haircut AND great conversation (this thoroughly impresses me because I am one of those who can barely walk and chew gum at the same time)!
