Job Description

This is a mid-level sales position that is responsible for managing approximately 15 outside sales rep groups within the US territory as well as maintaining and growing relationships with assigned key accounts and reaching annual goals. The Field Sales Manager will also attend regional and national trade shows and facilitate sales meetings on behalf of Paperblanks

In addition, they will work with the U.S. Sales Director on creating sales and marketing plans for new product launches within the U.S market.

Skills Candidate must have at least 3-5 years experience in the areas of inside or outside sales, account management, and/or managing a team of sales representatives. Must be flexible, and have excellent oral and written communication skills as well as the ability to confidently negotiate terms and facilitate decisions quickly and efficiently.

We are looking for a high-energy person who is sales focused, self-motivated and is able to lead a team as well as close deals with nationally recognized retailers. Priority will be given to those who have direct experience working with manufacturers, publishers, retailers and/or new product launches. This position reports to the U.S. Sales Director. Moderate travel is required.
