Primarily, I write and create content for news Web sites, magazines, trade publications, newspapers and multimedia projects. My most recent writing and photography is published in 425 Magazine, Seattle Business Monthly and msnbc.com.

I learned my craft working as a daily general assignment reporter at the Daily World (Aberdeen, Wash.) under the direction of Senior Editor John Hughes. Most recently, I worked as editor of the Lynnwood/Mountlake Terrace Enterprise, and reported on nearly everything within city limits: business, entertainment, government, law enforcement, lifestyle, profiles and technology. My new media experience grew from my interdisciplinary degree at Western Washington University, Fairhaven College, and a new media fellowship with the Newspaper Association of America.
