I have completed a Bachelors degree out of Devry University with a minor in Finance. Also have completed extensive training to work with small businesses to complete their goals, to grow more, to hire more, and to take part of stabilizing this economy. I am also in the pursuit of volunteering at an organization named Hopelink. When at a time of need, for my family, and I, they were there; now I feel it is my turn, to give back to the community that helped my family, by helping other families in there time of despair.

I help, grow, and develop not only individuals but business owners and their sales force. When I say sales force that really means all the employees that come together, make, and drive the business. I develop a drive and philosophy in the business owner to bring his or her business to the next level; to where the business owner wants to take it.

I come across alot of people that refer me as a coach. A coach is someone that will guide you along a path, to where ever you need to go. Well....I am not a coach; I am an Enhancer. An Enhancer is someone that will not only guide you through a path, but challange you to do it. I am not here to baby anyone, but if someone sincerely tells me what their goals are, and I see that they really want it; Then I will push that person to that goal! That is what an Enhancer is. An Enhancer is not normally liked because they will challenge you to your goal, they will push you, and see to it that you succeed. We are a results driven force that does not have "impossible" in their vocabulary.

In this business I enjoy looking into not only the small business but also the owner and the culture to really evaluate the business. From there I work with the small business owner to solve all aspects of problems from either legal, business, H.R., tax, and even saving the business money.
