A bit of a tangent, but yeah, I think we're talking about the same candy. :) Last I heard, the producer stopped production in September because the candy had the same chemical as that milk product.
It's the sneezing, hard-to-breathe thing. Maybe we could discuss more via messages?
I really like the idea of giving a percentage to charities. Do you still keep your rates competitive?
Hi Lynn, my partner gets these allergic reactions like hay fever, but we don't know what causes them. Any thoughts on those? Also, do you work with any other types of "healing arts"?
Best of luck! My partner and I were both in the mortgage business--similar situation. I like this job better, though. :)
I just noticed this post. It's great! I actually have a list of things I want to accomplish (not necessarily by the end of the year) that I go over almost every day. It's pretty amazing how the items are coming together! My potentially business-related ones are as follows:
Find a way of helping people that is true to my nature.
Gain the resources I need to pursue only things I'm passionate about.
Figure out why I'm here.
Pay off my credit-card balances.
I wouldn't mind knowing if/when they start producing White Rabbit candy again. I loved that stuff.
The thing I also like about small towns is that whenever you meet someone new, you can compare notes until you figure out who you know in common. Sort of like a real-world version of an online community. ;) The drawback for growing up in a small town is that word gets around whenever you get yourself in trouble. No secrets there!
I really like your idea of working with people to produce and stage their photo shoots. Do you do hand-holding for those who want to take part in that but don't really have ideas? I'm thinking a questionnaire or something that might get the creative juices flowing.
At a glance, it looks fantastic. :) Good to see you the other night.
