Combining my facilitation skills, various backgrounds and curiosity for ideas to come, I open each meeting with tools to clear the mind. Then, as it is essential for creativity, I set the stage to disorient it. Event planners then share their objectives and spend the remaining time enthusiastically bouncing ideas off of one another!

This might include conceptualizing the "green" in events, adding edutainment to networking mixers, adding group activities to wedding receptions, facilitating collaboration in virtual events, adding open space to panel discussions, or stimulating interactivity in trade shows.

EVENT PRODUCTIONS:

Green Events:

• I produce GreenYourTheme.com, an ongoing B2B virtual event helping "green" the event industry. Basic profiles that connect event planners to green event resources are free.
• Check out the in-person trade show that showcased our members in an experiential way. Simply amazing!
• As a way to promote green Biznik events and eco-business, I facilitate Greenies.

Personal Development Events:
As a past mental health trainer, I've worked with mental health practitioners to come up with training activities that are fun, interactive and collaborative. Personal development is definitely a passion of mine.

Technology Events:
Over the last decade, I've taught corporate groups on various technologies, including mobile communications, Microsoft and Adobe applications, Interactive Media apps and website building apps like Joomla. How much fun is it to turn a stale tech training topic into a heightened group learning experience that has nothing to do with technology! See the retention rise as well as your class compliments.
