JEZEBEL'S CLOSET Unique clothing for unique people

Whether it's your special day, a raging party in the desert, a first impression, or some retail therapy I want to make Jezebel's Closet the first place you reach for that unique clothing that you crave.

Creating individual clothing masterpieces is one of my greatest joys. When you order a masterpiece from me I want to assure you that I make only quality custom designs uniquely suited to each individual client. You will not see anyone else at a party wearing a coat just like yours, and when everyone begs to know where you got that fabulous gown you can tell them Jezebel Blessing made it especially for you.

In the future I will need....a workshop in Georgetown.

I'm currently working on converting my small garage into a temporary workshop but I would like to move into the Georgetown area in 2009.

Ideally I would like to find a space that had some retail/showroom frontage and client parking. I would be happy to share space with a fellow artist or an indie business person.

My mother taught me to sew when I was about 13 years old and I've been creating textile treasures and clothing ever since. Out of high school I rounded out my education in junior college taking pattern making, tailoring, and clothing construction classes.

My skills have been honed over the years of making gowns and period costumes for different organizations I have been involved with and creating unique clothing in an off-the-rack world.

I think the first thing I ever created on a sewing machine was a pillow snake. =) Soon I graduated to making my own costumes for the SCA and then onto Middle Eastern dance costumes and period ballgowns.

Within the last four years consumer demand has increased as my reputation for quality custom garments has spread among my community and I'm now working towards following my dream of opening a retail boutique in the Georgetown neighborhood of Seattle.
