I am a Naturopathic Physician specializing in rehabilitation and functional medicine. My emphasis is working with individuals who have chronic pain, neurological deficits, pelvic floor weakness from pregnancy and derm conditions. Besides building my practice, I find time to climb, bike, run, swim, and row which all give me a sense of euphoria and keep my mind, spirit and body in shape.

I feel part of the holistic approach to a person's health is looking at everything from their environment, mental, emotional, and physical well-being.

I am also an adjunct faculty member at Bastyr University where I commute up to Seattle once a week. I find teaching helps me to give back to my profession as well as helping to provide future doctors the opportunities to experience first hand on what it takes to build a practice when they get out of school.
