  • Wow, great article! Who knew that mailing something to yourself for copyright was a myth? Really, thanks for that. Really, all three articles were fresh, and useful. Thanks.

  • I love NPR. I was interviewed in Perlington Mississippi with Burners Without Borders by them.

I love that word of mouth marketing has become so loud that people in VA can hear it. That's where my dad is... I wonder if he was listening.

I teach K-6th grade right now, in Korea.

    Welcome Michael.

  • I second the Youngstown recommendation.

(Does anyone else notice that Dan has useful comments for about 80% of the general posts?)

Youngstown is a beautiful refurbished old schoolhouse that is created for many uses, including needs like yours.

    Cheers

  • I gotta drop a small note in. Don, I feel you, you feel like you were offered something and had it taken away. Think of it this way. You were given something and then asked to pay for using it in the future. You never offer things for free? So why not simply be grateful when others do? These cats don't ask a lot, and they are just gearing up. If you think 60K of income to run a business like this is more than enough, maybe you should look at that in Euros 41,200 Euros. You gonna do well in Paris on that? Running a business? Relax man. Please. Balancing how you do business vs. Biznik, you should take a step back and look at what is real.

Biznik doesn't do the tabloid advertising that all the other social networks pay their bills with. We should respect that by chipping in if it helps let people know about our work, or understanding when all the possibilities aren't available to us if we don't.

  • Dito, support for being ok with the payment needed.
Businesspeople can spare a few bucks to get the full value of a product. This is just that. This isn't a normal social network, it's one for people doing business.
If it matters to your business, it's worth the marginal fee.

  • My network is South Korea, and I was able to join, so it looks like the kink is out.
