I made my discoveries about the hidden structure of moods and the architecture of the feeling mind in response to being diagnosed in 1987 with bipolar disorder. My first insights into using somatosensory imagery as a gateway to investigating and transforming feeling came in 1994. A year later I had completely liberated myself from the bipolar cycles with no medication and no conventional therapy.

I went on to study the patterns of living systems and apply them to my research into feeling while earning my MA in Whole Systems Design at Antioch University Seattle. Over the past 15 years I have worked with many hundreds of people, individually and in groups, and my greatest learning has come from my students and clients.

Enteleos work gives me a unique window on the human spirit. In my private sessions it creates a powerfully deep intimacy where my clients become portals to human truth. I am incredibly privileged to have been led to this work, and feel a deep gratitude for every moment I get to spend in the practice of it.
