Great tips in this article. It definitely can take some time to do the tracking but I know I have found some very similar patterns emerging in my own creativity and productivity.

Taking Loren's advice over the months has helped put me on the road to a long self sustaining career that I can be proud of. This article really helped me to clean up some recent changes I had made to my website. In the end I went back and cleaned up the new content and feel much better about the cleaner more consistent approach.

I have seen these over hyped practices over the years and each time all they make me think of is, so who is in line behind this one? It is the difference between buying your career and building it. Taking the time to put together the package will pay off in the long run while the other will get you out of the gate hard and fast, your horse is more likely to break it's leg coming around the corner.
