Because of poor presentations, executives and other leaders must rely on their gut instinct to determine the best course of action, and individual employees must rely on their own best guess about what their organizations expect of them.

Better presentations won't solve the world's problems, but they'll lead to better decisions along the way. It is, at least, a good first step.
