I spent over 32 years in Newspaper/Magazine Publishing, Custom Printing, Imprinted Advertising Specialty/Promotional Product, Product Fulfillment and Logistics Management Industries. In each career change I have growned from a mass marketer into targeted or specialty marketing programs.

I help companies implement their Marketing Strategy by helping identify the tasks that are tied to the strategy, organize a time line and participating in the process by working with business partners as much as my clients want me to.

I work with clients to design and source custom printing and promotional items from the best suppliers at a fair price. I DO NOT provide the lowest cost alternative. I have relationships with sourcing companies that get the job done in a cost effective way and I use my name and reputation to provide the high level of quality service available today.

I'm always looking for people around the country that can work on some of my projects depending on where my client is located. Services that I was looking for some help with include Printing, Graphic Design, Trade Show Services, Customer Service Center and Telemarketing just to name a few.

I also work with alot of Advertising Agencies an Public Relations Firms that could use my help to expand capabilities to their current client base. In turn, I would like to expand my network to provide my services to new clients as a 3rd party because I have the ability to work behind the scenes in a transparent way to keep the firms name out in front.

I'm a 1971 graduated of Edina High School, where I grew up as a student that also worked full time and attended the University of Minnesota starting as a full time student in the Fall if 1971.

In October of 1973, after 2 years of college, I became disenchanted with being broke so I went to work at the Star Tribune Newspapers in Minneapolis. I worked there for 23 years.

I learned my on the job skills as a high performer in Circulation, Advertising, Labor Relations and Business Management in a variety of departments and management positions while taking classes that pertained to the career track that I was on. I left the Star Tribune in November of 1995.

After the Star Tribune, I served as a Group Magazine Publisher for Age Wave Communications from 1996 and 1997. In late 1997, I became a part time consultant for Kennedy Advertising, a family owned business started by my father in 1971 and where my wife, Mary had worked since 1988. My role was to build technology into the business that was in ownership transition after my father retired.

My full time focus was working with members of the Minnesota Chapter of the Turn-Around Management Association. My role was to go into troubled companies as a GM with a Business Management/ Controller Partner and do what we had to to improve company performance to industry standards.

In late 1999, my role expanded at Kennedy Advertising as we bagan to attract more customers through the Internet. This began with the development of our website and Internet Marketing programs that we continue to work on today.
