LIFE

The following article is a general dissertatation about life, but when looked at from the employer/employee perspective one can readily see the value of effective training in the work place.
Written Apr 09, 2009, read 30 times since then.

Life is a dynamic activity-it involves action and because it does and others are also in action and you may not be aligned with them, there are going to be clashes, upsets and and failures.

You can expect to win and loose, but you should expect to win more than you lose. It sounds like a game doesn't it and you look at it closely it is. You have your intentions or goals or what you want to accomplish and so do others and those can come in conflict. But if you know how to play the game and do so better than others that are in opposition to you, why then you will win more than you lose and you will feel like you are making headway in life or surviving.

People who are winning more than they are loosing are pretty easy to spot, they: are happy, have hope, future goals, are involved in a successful relationship, have a mutually satisfying sexual relationship, have children who are growing up and making their parents proud, participate in their parental families, are working at purposeful and rewarding careers that are contributory to society, involved in social activities-clubs etc., participate in their local and federal governments, respectful of other life forms ie plants and animals and assist those to survive better, have an awareness of of races and are not trying to impeded their survival or life, have some inkling of their own and others spirituality and have some reality of God-respect the religious beliefs of others.

Now you may consider yourself happy, so be it. If you want to be even more happy, look over the areas of life that I mentioned above and see where you can improve and do so.

Conversely, those that are not happy are also pretty easy to spot, they are (in one or more areas of life): unhappy, apathetic, lost hope, lack goals, have low self-esteem, may even be suicidal, lost or involved in a poor relationship, are barren of sexual pleasure or involved in illicit affairs, have no children where children are wanted or have unhappy, troublesome children, are in poor or no communication with their parents and or their significant others parents, in a "going no where job" or are unhappy with what they are doing, with drawn from other groups and do not care about their local or Federal governments, feel other races are "over there" and don't really matter, mistreat animals or feel ambivalent towards other life forms, abuse the environments grounds, waters or air cover, feel that when they die that is all there is and do not believe in a God and disrespect the religious beliefs of others.

Now one could feel they are doing pretty well in life and yet be suffering miserably today because one or more of those areas is in collapse or turmoil and of course that will effect the others to a certain degree. An example of this would be the death or loss of a loved one.

Digging oneself out of life is as simple as getting the knowledge and tools of life, knowledge and tools that actually work as beware there are a lot of "cures" being sold that lead to more despair and misery. But know that there are real solutions that can be had by you that will help you dig out of any trouble you are in.
