My name is John Parlatore, and I am a Realtor with Century 21 Heritage Realty Associates. We have offices in Amesbury, Georgetown, Newburyport and Topsfield Massachusetts. I am licensed in both Massachusetts and New Hampshire. I am a member of the National Association of Realtors, the Massachusetts Association of Realtors, the Greater Newburyport Association of Realtors. I am an accredited buyer's representative (ABR) and a certified Century 21 Fine Homes and Estates specialist. I deal in all facets of real estate.

I specialize in Newburyport Real Estate, and Oceanfront properties from Portsmouth New Hampshire to Cape Ann Massachusetts. I am a life long New England resident. What sets me apart from my ample competition is my work ethic. Quite simply, no one will work harder to help you accomplish your goals.

I received my real estate license in both Massachusetts and New Hampshite in 2004. prior to that, general soul searching and various types of debauchery speckled with stints of interesting yet unfulfilling employment including but not limited to: paperboy (1st job) dishwasher, busboy, laborer, stable hand, grocery clerk, mechanical assembly, technical contractor, bartender, some travel (both domestic and international but I'm not allowed to talk about it... kidding) well you get the point.
