I design and produce memorable fine dining events using fresh, local and organic ingredients. Cooking is my passion, and I want to share that passion with people who appreciate first-class culinary experiences. Cooking is an expression, which is unique to every chef, and is one of the few crafts which involves all five senses simultaneously.

The Moveable Feast experience includes dining on a classic, British Double Decker Bus. The ground floor of our bus is a fully functioning kitchen. The upper deck seats up to 12 guests, and your intimate dining adventure is complete with romantic lighting and Seattle's most spectacular views of the city and water.

Our multi-course menus include signature dishes such as Risotto Cakes with Grilled Shrimp and Smoked Tomato Coulis, Fig and Apricot Stuffed Pork Loin, and Drunken Fruit with Grand Marnier Sabayon.

My passion and culinary experience began as a line cook at the age of 15. Within a year I was the lead cook and I eventually found my way to The Culinary Institute of America. Since graduation, I have worked for some of the finest restaurants and caterers in Houston, Miami, Key West, and Seattle. A Moveable Feast is the culmination of my passion and experience. I am excited to bring this unique culinary adventure to Seattle.
