I am a psychotherapist in private practice in North Seattle.

I help my clients live the life they truly want to be living. That includes: having a loving, healthy relationship with themselves and others, finding their right livelihood, making meaning and coming to terms with the hurts they have experienced in their lives.

I believe that life can be a "hero's Journey". I help my clients define, redeem, incorporate and honor themselves so they can become the "Hero" of their own story. What wonderful work to do! Don't delay, your unlived life is waiting.

I am best at helping people who are ready to make a change in their lives. People who are willing to be honest and truthful with themselves and open to getting help.

My way of working with clients is warm and gentle, combined with directness, honesty and a good dose of humor. The issues I can best help them with are anxiety, depression, resolving childhood traumas and abandonment. I also specialize working with Men on intimacy and closeness in their relationships.

I am looking for referrals from members friends or family members who could benefit from an unbiased, skilled and experienced counselor. Let them know that I am great at helping people feel at ease and am "easy to talk to."

I have a Masters Degree in counseling from the Leadership Institute of Seattle (LIOS).

I have extensive training in psychodrama and group psychotherapy.
I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in the state of Washington.

I have been in practice since 1991.

In addition to seeing individual clients I have focused on working with couples. I help them to communicate more effectively and address the issues that keep them from being fully loving and close. I especially work with men on how to connect emotionally with themselves and their partners.

I have lead groups since starting my practice and am currently leading two corrective parenting groups, a Men's group and a psychodrama group.
