Thanks, Ken. You have definitely covered all the bases for maintaining an email marketing relationship. Do you have recommendations for study materials?
I have read writing/sales techniques by Joe Vitale and Brian Tracy. My daily emails include articles from Early to Rise.
You're absolutely correct about personalizing subject lines and opening greetings with the customer's first/last name. The conditional content and trigger categories are things I need to work on.
