Furnished sublet - beautiful Seattle home

Michelle and I are heading to parts yonder this Fall, and will be subletting our beautiful, furnished Wallingford home:

Our charming, 1905 Wallingford neighborhood home is a short walk to the University of Washington and close to downtown. Several major bus lines run close by, and easy access to I-5 and highways 520 and 99.

• 2 bedrooms plus large study
• 1.5 bath (plus a discrete outdoor shower in our garden)
• Comfortable living room
• Brightly lit dining room
• Modern, fully equipped kitchen with gas stove
• Stereo includes CD, iPod jack and indoor / outdoor speakers
• Wifi offers broadband access to the Internet
• Double glass doors open to garden deck with hot tub, shower and three burner gas grill
• Garden includes peach, apple, and cherry trees, grapes, tomatoes, strawberries, apiary and more

House is available from late September / early October through the end of the year. Our dates are somewhat flexible. $2,695 / month plus utilities.

Please no smoking in the house. We have a friendly old cat who is self-sufficient (has a cat door, so no litter box). Just needs to be fed and some TLC. There is no telephone.
