I help people turn thier ideas into successful and profitable businesses. As an entrepreneur myself I have started several businesses some have been successful and other have closed.
In coaching my clients I walk through a process to clearly define your personal passions, develop a businss idea and quickly launch and test the ideas in the market. This appraoch has been refined through yeasrs of expertise in my personal entrepreneural efforts, coaching clients as well as large-scale corporate efforts. I have 14 years of experience in Project Managment. As a seasoned PM I have coordinated the details of multiple complex multi million dollar, highly political projects across orginizations, customers and vendors.

Fred Hutchinson Cancer Research Center (FHCRC): 2002-2007 Sr. Project/Program Manager
*Developed and managed the Facilities Projects Portfolio. Managed PMs who executed the Facilities projects. Provided strategic oversight of the program and reporting to management.
*Developed a real time Program dashboard for portfolio reporting. This dashboard is being modified for All IT Projects.
*Responsible for resource assignments, forecasting and quality oversight for all work within the IT Facilities Portfolio.
*Developing the Security Program for the implementation of a suite of security policies across the enterprise though multiple multi-year projects.

City of Kirkland: Served as the Senior Consultant for the City of Kirkland's multi-year relationship with MBG.
*Seattle School District: Served as the project manager and chief network architect for this five-year, $10 million project. The system integrated voice and data systems in a dynamic network, taking advantage of the traffic patterns of each service, providing increased service, and potentially reducing future costs.
