I'm an IT troubleshooter. I love to fix what's broken and put a smile on the customer's face while I'm doing it. My previous job was a help desk internship that I had to leave (internships can't last forever!). Today, I work in customer service. I'd love to find a position where I can combine my technical skills with my customer service skills to help end-users work more productively, creatively, and efficiently.
