I help people get out of pain. This is a big part of my practice, but certainly not all that I do. I also help athletes, dancers, yoga practitioners or anyone who wants to improve their physical performance, flexibility, coordination or appearance.

My passion for my work comes from helping people live more fully embodied and grounded in their bodies. Stress, the fast pace of life or traumas are common factors pulling us towards a "Doing" mode, away from "Being" mode. We stop "being" and become disembodied; we lose connection with our purpose in life and joy dries out. I can facilitate a re-connecting with your own body through the process of Rolfing(r).

I'm also a faculty member at The Rolf Institute(r) of Structural Integration and teach continuing education workshops for manual therapists. I'm also available for mentoring, consultations or presentations.
