I love coaching and am continually upgrading my skills in this area. I use NLP, EFT and Hypnotherapy as a part of my coaching.
My main focus is working with boomers to help them live a fun, joyful, authentic life. I also recently a great need in America for jobs and to assist with this I became a facilitator of Get Hired Now and have a website at www.GetHiredNowAmerica.com.

I have coached people of all sexes and all ages. Coaching just seems to pull the pieces together.

From the many workshops I have given on goal setting, I wrote an easy to follow workbook - "The Power of Goal Setting - Transforming Thoughts Into Action!" which can be used in conjunction with the workshop or on its own. I put the workshop about 2 to 3 times a year. The book is available on my website either as a downloadable e-book or as a mail delivered hard copy. I also have a free e-book series Sexy Boomers! which is really has great advice and a lot of fun for all ages.

Challenging clients to find solutions through listening and hands off guidance. I believe that within each of us is an inner guide that knows exactly what will lead us to happiness, joy and success - we just need to wake the little genius up. To help this along, I use EFT, NLP, and Hypnotherapy.

I am always looking for new clients who want to improve their life. I am also looking for opportunities to facilitate workshops (1 day to several weeks) or public speaking (free or paid).

My education has been a series of instituational learning and life experience. My main focus has been counseling and education so that I can help others to live healthy productive lives. I studied life coaching in 2006 and own my business, Wise Heart Coaching.
I have lived El Salvador for 5 years, and understand what it is like to be a stranger in a strange land. As a person who has a life long disease starting in my 20's, I also understand the changes this creates in life.
