Judith Lindenberger has a distinguished career in human resources consulting and is recognized for her innovation and excellence. She is the President of The Lindenberger Group, LLC which provides results-oriented human resources consulting to help people and organizations improve their productivity and performance. Judith has designed and presented training workshops on topics such as career management, coaching, communication, customer service, interviewing skills, leadership, management, mentoring, presentation skills, problem-solving, recruitment and retention, strategic thinking, time management and work/life balance. In addition, she has extensive experience in 360-degree assessment and feedback, change management, employee surveys, individual career coaching, teambuilding, and training of employees, managers and trainers. Recently, she developed online training programs on sexual harassment, discrimination and mentoring.

In addition to coaching, training and organization development, she conducts human resource audits, employee satisfaction surveys, writes job descriptions and advises leaders on employee relations issues.

Ms. Lindenberger is certified as a career counselor, master trainer, adult learning specialist, instructional designer, organizational development specialist and human resources consultant. She is certified in DDI, MBTI and The Profilor.

Ms. Lindenberger received the Brown-Forman Teamwork Award and is a two-time recipient of the national Athena Award for Excellence in mentoring.

Judith received a BA in Communications from the University of Pittsburgh and an MBA in Human Resource Management from Drexel University.

In 1983, while working for the U. S. Office of Personnel Management, Judith designed and conducted the first-ever sexual harassment training for federal employees. As AVP, Manager of Management Development for Mellon Bank, she developed and implemented leadership development programs and was responsible for new employee orientation and the bank management trainee program. As Senior HR Partner for Brown-Forman Corporation, she worked with senior global teams and executives and created an award-winning mentoring program, career management program, recruiting and hiring strategies, and a company-wide performance measurement and evaluation system. As Administrative Director for The Newgrange School and Educational Outreach Center, she managed finances, fundraising, human resources, information technology, public relations and board relations.
