Education
Judith received a BA in Communications from the University of Pittsburgh and an MBA in Human Resource Management from Drexel University.
Experience
In 1983, while working for the U. S. Office of Personnel Management, Judith designed and conducted the first-ever sexual harassment training for federal employees. As AVP, Manager of Management Development for Mellon Bank, she developed and implemented leadership development programs and was responsible for new employee orientation and the bank management trainee program. As Senior HR Partner for Brown-Forman Corporation, she worked with senior global teams and executives and created an award-winning mentoring program, career management program, recruiting and hiring strategies, and a company-wide performance measurement and evaluation system. As Administrative Director for The Newgrange School and Educational Outreach Center, she managed finances, fundraising, human resources, information technology, public relations and board relations.
