I have a Masters of Engineering Management from Washington State University and a Bachelors of Aerospace Engineering from Georgia Institute of Technology. I am certified by Achievement Seminars International (ASI) as a Facilitator and the Total Quality Institute (TQI) as a Quality Process Advisor.

Managing Partner of Steller Solutions, a firm of process consultants, change agents, results-focused coaches. I am a recovering engineer, with a past career at the Boeing Company. My best career moment at Boeing was during a flight test - doing roller coasters and experiencing "going weightless" at 0-g's.
