• "The bottom" hit in March for King County. Home sales prices are up 12% and building permits are up 11% nationwide.

• We've had 3 consecutive quarters of appreciation for residential resale in King County. As of November, 2009 we've had 4.2% of appreciation over the past 3 quaters.
