Event Space

I am looking for a free space to host my annual shopping event. The event will take place on Saturday, November 8 from 1-4. I am looking for a hall or gym or something of that sort in the Bothell or Woodinville area. Any suggestions?

This one might be a simple question, but it is baffling me. How can I send an attachment in an email so it views in the body of the email and so you don't have to open it separately. My Mac does that with all my email, but I have to think about the PC world.
